Consumers can use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, available at: /http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ – a single access portal that allows consumers and traders in the EU to settle disputes.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and traders is a voluntary out-of-court conciliation process.
General conciliation commissions provide assistance in reaching an agreement in disputes over contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services.
These commissions are determined on a regional basis. The competent authority for resolving disputes between the Trader and the Consumer is the General Conciliation Commission located in the town of Ruse.
